Hebat Everything was lovely.The room, the location.Missed a full length mirror and probably lightening in the room was a bit low.Otherwise loved it.Thankyou so much.

Perfect location with wonderful views of the cathedral spire from most rooms. The balcony was an added bonus. Just a quick 5 min walk to shopping/Duomo and restaurants. The size of the apartment was great, including high ceilings. The quality of towels/bedding was excellent. The A/C worked well for a very hot July. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having dinner on the balcony after a long day of sightseeing. Would make this my choice of accommodation in Milan for every visit.

This property was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we needed- toiletries, coffee, water. The location is so convenient, and the host very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Hebat Great location and perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers). The air conditioning was a life saver during the hot days in Milan.

We travel a lot and for the first time ever we walked into an occupied accommodation. Apparently the apartment was left unlocked and 3 people had settled in thinking it was their apartment. They laid on the beds and used the bathrooms so not only did we walk in on people but then once they left it was not clean. It should not have been left opened. If it wasn’t, then they were given our key code which is scary because they could have come back. The power was off when we arrived so the fridge was warm. We added food, turned the power on, and left to explore the city. When we returned the power, including the fridge, was off again. During the night the power also went off and each time we had to flip the circuit breaker. We were traveling all over Italy and all other apartments asked us to submit our passport information through a secure official website days in advance. This place kept harassing me on WhatsApp 24 hours before check in. We were on vacation, not checking messages constantly and 24 hours before check in I got numerous texts asking for passport info. Like “hello” many many times. They should have asked earlier and been more patient for a reply. Also, texting that information over WhatsApp or email is not secure and I did not like that at all. The toilet button was also loose and wiggly which made it a pain to get it to flush. I would not call this a “luxury” apartment by any means. Would not stay again. Location is only thing worthwhile.
