Please Install Air Conditioners.. property, Service, Staffs everything is excellent but the climate was humid and hot.. didn’t feel like a hill station.. Rooms were all non AC

The room and washroom were spotless, and all the public rooms were very well-appointed. Heaters were always available and placed nearby. The food was delicious and nicely presented, The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Very pleased that I stayed with you. Thank you.
