Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early.

Nice central location Helpful staff Bar above provides 15% off drinks for hotel guests Rooms were very disappointing Dirty floors and bed My bed sheets had bugs on them when I got to my room and had clearly not been washed since the last guest Also the AC wall unit was not operational. No AC at all.

Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room. Friendly, helpful staff check-in and out. I was able to leave my small case in a locked room in bar to go Christmas shopping. Room immaculately clean, lovely Scottish bottles of hand soap, hair/body wash and conditioner. I will definitely stay here again

Yes clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location as minutes to Aberdeen Art Gallery, Theatre, Restaurants and Shopping.
