The property was quiet. The outside seating was lovely for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location, close to everything.

The Hotel does not have a Bar or Lounge as described on Hotels.com Website. This was one of the requirements we had when booking a Hotel in Strasbourg. There is only limited on site parking available at $30 per night, we parked in a public Parking GHouse close by. No complimentary water was supplied, no bathrobes, no washcloths, only one large and one small towel per person, the shower door was leaking at the bottom. The staff was very friendly, located in a quiet location but very close to the Christmas Market.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

The hotel staff was warm and very helpful. The room was well maintained and we were very pleased.

The room was clean and the beds super comfortable.

Great service, the breakfast was excellent and the whole staff was polite, friendly and helpful,
