I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the moment we checked in, the hotel room had a strong, moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable. We reported the issue immediately, but it took the hotel two full days to respond. When they finally did, they gave us an air dehumidifier, which ended up filling with water every 10 hours, yet the room still smelled moldy.
This is not what I expect from a hotel that claims to provide a comfortable and healthy environment. The slow response and lack of a real solution were very frustrating. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue so future guests don’t go through the same experience. To be objective staff were extremely nice, location was ideal with direct access to the mall of the Emirates. Room was clean.
