Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix Airport

It looked institutional, at best. It had an odor, bath drain was rusty and tub was disgusting. The kitchen ‘counter’ had stains and burns. We left immediately and went to Drury Inn, across the parking lot. That hotel was fantastic

The sink in the bathroom drained extremely slow. The bathtub was dirty. The room smelled stale - which I immediately asked for Air Freshener. There were ice trays available; however no ice available on the floor. We stayed for 4 hours [from 3 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.] and there was no prorated rate offered. The staff person Faith was helpful.

Location was great. Staff was awesome. Didn't have any issues.

It was a room with a bed. Utensils/cooking stuff/Plates were not anywhere to be found.

This is a good extended stay close to the airport, and I’d also recommend this facility for long term stays as well!

Great hotel centrally located where my meeting was being held. Quite hotel great staff cooperation. Friendly and knowledgeable. Room was furnished with modern furnishing. Room was Clean and bathroom was Functionable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel

Very quick and easy check-in, nice staff, very clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Barebones, out of coffee cups in the morning. Room smelled

This is one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever been to. The floors were filthy from the entry, elevator and to the room. The person checking us out was eating a slice of bread.
