Stay Elsewhere – NOT a 4 star hotel as they claim! From the moment we arrived, this place was a disaster. Staff initially refused us entry, only letting us in after I showed our booking confirmation. Reception was dirty, cluttered with old fans and cleaning equipment,. We booked a two-bedroom apartment but received two connecting rooms instead. Both were stifling hot on arrival, and we were told we couldn’t keep the connecting door open as it would affect the already ineffective air conditioning. Each room only had one key, so the power and AC shut off when we left, meaning we constantly returned to unbearable heat. The fridges didn’t work and were full of visible mould. Bathrooms were filthy, with hair in the showers and stained bathmats. There were no shower curtains, so water flooded the floors, and the showers were awkward and unsafe to access. Beds were uncomfortable with holes in the sheets. The pool entrance outside our rooms caused constant wet floors and a mouldy smell. Noisy fans and exposed cords were left running in the hallway. Safe alarms kept going off, and only one was fixed. Breakfast was disgusting, and the dining area was so dirty we couldn’t eat there. Management was unreachable, only responding via WhatsApp until we asked for a refund—then they ignored us. Even Expedia struggled to contact them, and when they finally did, the hotel denied all issues. Avoid this place! We left 2 days into our 8 days booked & stayed at the Crowne Plaza which was amazing!!

Worst breakfast....Staff told there is no veg options...worst frontline staff...Tried to charge for the water bottle purchased from Long Beach Mart because I used it inside the hotel premise.....Yelled very rudely

Overall very disappointing. Been travelling through the Phillipines and Vietnam for almost 2 months … staying at numerous hotels along the way and by far, this was the worse hotel to date. The staff were unhelpful at every turn - if only they paid as much attention to their customers as they do their phones. In addition, there were bugs in the room and the shower water didnt drain causing the bathroom floor to flood and creating a safety risk. Would not recommend.

Facility and service was great. Rooms are clean and updated. Not so nice for walking around property if you have young ones

Easy access to the beach Bãi Bà Kèo; the room is very clean, it has a lot of spaces, rooftop pool is excellent, nice ocean view and breakfast buffet is great with local fruits, we are really enjoying it! Definitely come back to stay next time.

Enjoyed my stay here,very relaxing. There's a good pool on the roof with a bar and food menu's although I never found it too busy when there.

Really good hotel, great location & rooftop area, pool & bar, was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Only slight negative was the bath in the room. The side of the bath was very high and if you have mobility issues this will be a problem. The shower head above the bath was low for someone over 5 feet 8 inches.

We had a rough start with a harried front desk lady - but they made amends. If you have an option - the guys at the front desk are more helpful with better English. Our room was large, quiet and with comfortable beds and a partial ocean view. There is a small rooftop infinity pool which was nice. We were a three minute walk to the main road with tons of restaurant and bars. There was a great little restaurant called Grandmas Kitchen just a few steps away. A bit south of the main Duong Dong town which was great because the middle of town is noisy and crowded. The beach is a 3 minute walk cutting through beachfront resorts. There is a free electric bus that runs from the airport through town every 10 minutes which was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was very good with something for everyone. I do recommend Aquasun.
