We've stayed at this hotel a few times now. Rooms were clean, AC worked great, area is quite but close to historic area and the Dennys restaurant is super convenient. Good deal for the price.

The pool deck needed some care but the pool its self was crystal clear and clean. The room was also very clean for an older hotel. For the price and location I would stay again

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Everything in good working order. While the exterior of the building is a little drab and uninspiring, the room inside was very welcoming. It’s an easy walk to St George Street. My only issue is that there is no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, be sure to secure a first-floor room. We would stay there again.

Everything was excellent. Location, parking, staff, free coffee! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Water temp and pressure could’ve been a little better. We would def stay again!

Waiting an hour to check in was rough and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well. I saw the one employee leave as the line grew longer. Why didn't she stay and help the other employee with the check ins? At least if you're gonna leave, do so by the back door. Beds were awful, so broken down on the edge, felt like I was gonna fall out. The rest

At check-in, we were greeted by a rude staff member. The property outside is dirty, and it's above a Denny's restaurant. The room was clean; however, we had to kill multiple pests. There were sketchy-looking people watching us as we went to our car. The bathroom was surprisingly clean. We never got room service.
