We loved Luis Martinez! He was very attentive and helped us with anything we needed! Give that man a raise! ¡Nos encantó Luis Martínez! ¡Fue muy atento y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos! ¡Dale un aumento a ese hombre!

Highly recommended

They have you fill a precheck in form out and it is waste of time. They have you go through it all again when you actually check in. We still checked in over 30 min late. We were supposed have butler service but didn’t get an email greet from butler service until night before we were to check out. Then they have you fill out a post checkout form so they can know when they can clean the room and then drive you crazy about checking out so they can clean the room.

Beautiful hotel & great staff! Everything was perfect, can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location and great amenities. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Everything was perfect ! Beautiful property. Just got a little taken back when they light up the candles in the evening with church music playing . Wasn’t expecting that

Service was great all around

Excellent, exceptional, phenomenal place to stay in Cartagena. Breakfast was very enjoyable, well served. I personally used the spa for steam bath, deep tissue massage, and lymphatic massages with Ilena. That’s what I call a fantastic get a way from the routine
