Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status.
The fitness center is very basic, and doesn't appear to have been update since our last stay, years ago.
The food options are very limited, and expensive . The pool bar is also very basic, using machine dispensers for blended drinks and no good options for kids.
They had beach cruisers, complimentary. which are fun and the concierge was very helpful.
