We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the level of service throughout. The team accommodated our room preference perfectly and did a fantastic job with the room decorations, cake, and bouquet of flowers, which made our stay feel extra special.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, with the poolside bar team providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The dining experience was enjoyable overall. Bonita and Mama Miso were particular highlights, offering excellent food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast at Chutney was also a standout, with a wide selection and consistently good quality. While some of the other dining offerings could be further enhanced, the overall culinary experience was positive.
The spa was another highlight of our stay, with excellent facilities and treatments. Expanding the availability of certain wellness services would make the experience even better.
Overall, this was a memorable stay with many standout moments, and we would happily return and recommend the hotel to other travellers.
