Upon arrival we were impressed with a nice lobby and beautiful garden. The junior suite was large and beds comfortable, but on the second day we woke up with congestion/coughing due to the stuffiness of the room, although this might have just been the one we were placed in.
We also returned to the room one evening after the cleaning service and discovered blood all over the inside of one of the bed sheets. This was extremely disturbing and we alerted the staff but the manager seemed unphased and unapologetic without attempting to remedy the situation besides for a new set of bed sheets.
The hotel is in a great location and was spacious but facilities old and we were not impressed by the service - did not seem like a proper 4 star hotel.
