Excellent reception, breakfast, room very clean and housekeeping excellent. Would definitely stay here again - location great across road from tram stop and easily walking distance to city centre

Such a well located hotel, clean and very comfortable. Staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Ambiance in hotel was very plesant. One of the best Ibis hotels we have stayed in.

Considering the location and that I visited during Rugby sevens, the room was an absolute steal. C. £63 a night (Fri & Sat - inc. city taxes), yards from the tram stop direct from the airport and the room (1010) I had was surprisingly big. Never heard a peep from other residents and the lifts (always a concern being on the 10th floor) were quick. Staff were friendly and the public areas of the hotel seemed well maintained.

Excellent location, close to city centre & 2 minutes from a tram stop. Bright, welcoming foyer, bar & restaurant. Super breakfast. Comfortable room. fast lifts.

Always an English-speaker at the reception desk. They are very helpful, gracious and respectful. The room was clean and the sofa bed was made up before check-in so we were able to rest quickly after a long travel day. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. You can earn drink coupons by conserving your towels. The breakfast buffet had good variety and tasted good. Very close to bus and tram stops.

Hotels.com had cancelled my booking without informing me. I arrived at property with no accommodation booked. The Hotel were more than helpful in getting things sorted. I contacted Hotels.com and to be honest they were as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and really didn’t give a damn whether I had accommodation or not, now I can stand on my own 2 feet and sort things out myself but a vulnerable traveller would have been different.

The breakfast buffet is the best, so many options for what to eat and drink. The staff are very friendly and polite. Such a nice place to stay at.
