We only stayed one night, and wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of the facilities. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices to suit everyone. Thank you Anita

Rude staff, extremely unwelcoming from the front desk. Dirty bathrooms. Room and hallway full of mosquitoes. The worst hotel. After the first night, we immediately checked out at 7 AM the next morning. Never boo this place.

We had an amazing stay for 8 nights. The staff are incredible, the food amazing and the pool area and beach club are fantastic. Easy walking distance to shopping. The only one thing that I would find a negative is the noise from other doors closing, the tiled floors make it echo through the hallways. Unfortunately a few inconsiderate people slamming doors between 12-2am was mostly the issue. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing property and the staff were very friendly. Great location within the nusa dua itbc complex. The pools were a hit with the kids. The shuttle bus to the beach club is very good too. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was perfect, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As we were in Bali for a special birthday. The staff had decorated our room and a birthday cake on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful from reception desk, floor, bar and cleaning staff. The resort and pools were clean and fresh. Couldn’t start the day better than with their breakfast, coffee and orange juice. We would recommend this resort and will be back.
