A stunning hotel, in a beautiful location with incredibly warm and helpful staff

The staff were very unfriendly and room service is terrible

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing view, beautiful location, healthy food and helpful staff. I couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Hotel and restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Pools were welcomed and wish we could have gotten a spa treatment but were already booked. Next time. The grounds are beautiful and I highly recommend staying here while in Berchtesgaden.

This spacious and modern hotel is in a fabulous location and fully deserves all the praise and acclaim it continues to receive. The Spa and pools are excellent; breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and our room super comfortable and with a magnificent view of the mountains. Highlights: swimming in the heated outdoor pool area during heavy rainfall, which was weirdly comforting, and also looking out and seeing The Eagle's Nest on top of a nearby mountain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to the region.

The staff, breakfast and the hotel views were amazing! A very historic area to stay.

They charged 120 Euros extra for a 3pm Checkput, even though the rooms were totally empty! I had checked in late at 2am & while Checking in they had said I could have a relaxed checkout. But the lady at the reception seemed to be racially discriminatory & very Rudely said 40 Euros per hour for late Checkout!

Everything is great at this hotel always enjoy staying there
