Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Clean room. Breakfast was good and well prepared. Perfect place just it was right in front of the old church.

The hotel is right next to a square where a lot of people gather at night time. There was a demonstration and it became extremely loud into the night. The windows do not close all the way and the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. Our room was very hot at night. We did not sleep well. Beautiful hotel, kind staff, and really good breakfast however!

We were a family of four in a superior quadruple room. Everything was excellent. The breakfast is really good, and the personal were helpful. The piazza in the front of the hotel doesnot look good is scary, but the hotel was five stars. The air conditioning was good, but not as normal.

When we checked in the comforters smelled really bad. I couldn’t sleep the first night. I complained about it the next day and the staff fixed the issue.

It was a great location to walk to many sights. We had no hot water. However, it was resolved within 15 minutes.

3of us. Room clean spacious. Buffet breakfast worth every penny. Coffee and Juice . Location center . Taxi easy . Would go back and stay if Florence in the future.

This was adequate for our last one-night hotel stay in Italy, but the hotel was hard to find, requiring a very discomfiting drive down narrow one-way streets with graffiti on walls and gates. The room’s a/c didn’t work, and we couldn’t open windows because of noise and absent screens. Both my husband and I fell on the step in the middle of the bathroom. Staff was attentive, and maybe we could have gotten a different room, but we were too tired and stressed to bother.
