Clean room and property. Shower was little outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Front staff was excellent. Great stop if traveling through

Excellent experience here. Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great location to see the palace.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast buffet in morning. Parking available down the street for a fee. Within walking distances to restaurants and the Royal Palace. Very convenient . Elevators to rooms. Would recommend for a stay.

Excellent location for palace, central to Caserta. Parking available a very short walk away from hotel

An older hotel with disinterested staff.

The staff were some of the kindest people you could hope to meet, and every piece of information that we needed. The hotel was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Caserta. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff are super helpful and polite (and speak English). We had a couple of tiny issues to resolve and everyone did their best to help. Would definitely book again.

Can be better
