We stayed in a one bedroom corner apartment which was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed amd sofa. There was a washing machine on the balcony which was quite useful and clothing hung on the enclosed balcony dried quickly. However, the AC unit in the bedroom never worked, we couldn't open the shutters on the bedroom or living room window, and the living room door to the balcony couldn't be closed, due to a portable AC unit which had a hose attached to the outside thru the balcony. Additionally there was very poor lighting in the living room and kitchen area, with just mini can lights in the ceiling which were quite dim. The light above the stove top was also broken plus several pots and pans were in terrible condition. Upon arrival, we sent an email, called and also sent a text on WhatsApp, but never received a response. Two days later we finally reached someone by phone who said a maintenance person would be sent. However no one ever showed up. We were however given the extra toilet paper and fresh towels we had also requested. The apartment is located in a quiet area close to Fort St. Elmo but it is several blocks from the main tourist area where several museums and the majority of the restaurants are located.

Clean place,very rustic- this is not really European standard of hotel.It was once a home to somebody. Its very old, brim full of history. I liked it. The front doir decurity is basic and you could bust in,easily,if you wished. Also,it is unsuitable to those less than nimble. The stairs....
But I liked it. Love Valletta.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It’s a great location, just a quick walk into the centre of Valletta and to the water taxis etc. There is a lift if you don’t want to climb all the stairs and access to the property was simple. One of the en-suites could do with better ventilation, otherwise it’s a great rental for the price.

Good location in the quieter, more residential part of the old city of Valletta. Close to restaurants and within walking distance of many tourist sites. We rented a 2 BR 2 bath. A pleasant apartment, but it had a quirky layout, in that two bedrooms, the living area, and one bath were on one floor and the other bath was two floors below. The biggest issue we had is that the apartment is on the second level and is accessed by a somewhat steep stairwell (no elevator). The top half of the stairwell had no handrail, which made it a bit nerve wracking, especially when carrying suitcases down the steps. The stairwell also had oddly shaped and slick steps when it turned a corner, making it that much more challenging. Our check-in email was a bit later than promised. There is an independent paid luggage drop nearby if you arrive before the afternoon check-in time.

Clean room, everything needed for a short stay, very comfortable bed and pillows, near to local sights and the main area for eating and drinking and shopping. Small shop across the road for basics, supermarket 10 min walk away. Very helpful staff on what's app and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job every morning. The keysafe was handy although instructions on how to use could be a bit clearer and communicated earlier as it was confusing when I got there. Loved it, would return

Pros: Great location. Nice staff. Has a working laundry machine. Cute little bistro table on small balcony.
Cons: bathroom in bedroom of a 2 bedroom suite so cannot go to bathroom at night, locked safe so cannot use, cannot secure front door when inside!, dirty floors, black mould in shower, leaking shower through wall/enclosure, broken and rusted fixtures, missing fixtures, water coming through ceiling, peeling paint, no place to hold things in shower, AC not working in one bedroom, only 2 plates, kettle does not work, dirty / worn sofa, 1 working hair dryer not near bathroom, toilet tissue just in time (why??). Annoying: we had to go to another location to pay as they could not use my card from the booking (it worked when I got there), no salt and pepper or any other kitchen basic, no toiletries, no way to clean (no mop, no broom, no cleaning products and no service ), no water at arrival, clothes closet is up a precarious set of stairs which is not suitable for children or elderly, no handrail on stairs.

Lovely apartment. Very central. Clean and bright. Excellent tv and shower facilities. Nice beds.
Kitchen good. The oven didn’t work when we arrived but it was dealt with very quickly and with great customer service….they replaced the oven with a new one very quickly and with a smile. Very very impressive.
As a tourist, I know that sometimes things can break. But it’s the way that it is dealt with that matters. And the broken oven was dealt with so well I was very very happy.

We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend.
