The rooms had all the amenities we needed.All the alcohol and waters and candy. They also had a tub on the porch which we loved. The outside had a lot of walking on sand, so recommend sandals for the ladies. Also take American cash for tips for the waiters, most of them live out most tips.

This resort lacks entertainment the room smell like mold the food was terrible wasn’t a great experience for the amount of money I spent at this resort. The highlight of my trip was the excursion I did outside of that my stay wasn’t pleasant and I’ll never visit Tulum resort beach club again..

While the resort was nice, it was also a bit dated. It also lacked a bit of liveliness. There was some entertainment scheduled but there wasn’t any music playing at the pools or live entertainment throughout the day. The pools also closed earl. Housekeeping was spotty with their service. Sometimes they would come even if you put the light on to request the room to be cleaned. Room service was great but dirty dishes were not consistently picked up. Bar drinks were good!

Todo excelente sólo que en la casa zamna es bien tranquilo sólo un restaurante cierra a las 10:30 los demás cierran muy temprano no hay mucha variedad si te hospedas ahí

Hotel was everything and more. Resort staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and beautiful and food and drinks were amazing
