Great location, nice room. Reykjavík is extremely expensive so the ability to cook your own food, or even keep stuff in the fridge is wonderful.

There is no staff on hand at the hotel. Everything went well with our stay. I was looking for an actual hotel experience. The location is fantastic with great access to many bar and restaurant options.

I would definitely stay here again. It is conveniently located to all nearby restaurants and bars and never felt loud or too busy.

The room was very tight for 4 people, but it was doable. The location was perfect, it was quiet, when I finally figured out how to reach someone for services they were great.

The location is perfect, right on the main street where all the shops are. There’s a supermarket just one block away, and several restaurants are within walking distance. The room is small and clean, although the shower could use a minor renovation. Overall, it was a good stay, but it’s overpriced for what it offers. In my opinion, the room should cost around $230–250 USD per night, no more.

There was no staff as the property was self check in and out. The property was spacious and bed comfy. The only problem we encountered was gross mold in the shower. Tackle that and the place gets 5 stars for cleanliness.

Very clean room suite, well equipped, with kitchenette. No staff on site but communication was easy and the company is responsive. Our room was on the street and can be noisy at night.

There was no available storage for our luggage, despite the staff indicating by email that there was. This was very disappointing and inconvenient as we had to find alternative storage at the bus terminal. The staff was apologetic and made the effort to have our room available earlier. The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a good location.
