Chambre propre, communication avec le personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Tous les conforts pour le shopping sont autour de l’hébergement et ainsi pour les restaurants. Très bien localisé!

Leider liess der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig.Unsere Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht und diese wurde auch nicht repariert...da der Hotelier sich nicht blicken liess von Sa-abend bis Mo-morgen. Wir benutzten dann einfach die Toilette unserer „Nschbarn....Turi war nur kurz zum Einchecken dann schwupps nicht mehr gesehen.Frühstück in der Küche sehr dürftig.Obeohl per Handy erreichbar liess er sich einen ganzen Tag Zeit, bis er einen Kollegen vorbeischickte, der auch nichts flicken konnte;-(...ausser der Info, da müsse ein Servicemann her! Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert, obwokl die Lage super ist! Ursula

Juste parfait. En dehors la confusion du centre-ville tout en restant calme. Proche centre historique et rue commerciale. Accueille parfait et bons conseils. Climatisation de très bonne qualités. Matelas un peu mou à mon goût.

Quite a central location. Large and comfortable room, though the bathroom wasn’t adjoining. It was great that we could use the washing machine too! Parking was a nightmare though, as it is everywhere in Palermo Good breakfast, with a fresh orange juicing machine

Soggiorno decisamente positivo. Abbiamo trascorso due notti lì, avevamo una stanza molto spaziosa, con bagno esterno ma privato e molto pulito. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità del ragazzo che ci ha accolto (ci ha permesso di posare le valigie prima dell'orario previsto e, il giorno del ritorno, di fare colazione all'alba; abbiamo anche dimenticato una giacca dopo essere ripartiti e ha fatto davvero il possibile per farcela riavere). Sia per la posizione centrale che per l'ampiezza della stanza che per la cortesia dimostrata vale sicuramente la pena di tornare

Très bonne accueil maigres mon arrivée très tardive. L hôtel et très bien situé. Petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté. L hôtel es très propre. Le ménage fait tous les jours. Équipement très récent es très agréable. Clim. Tv frigo. Etc.. Merci à vous Jluc
