Hebat Air conditioning did not work on the last night :(. Tried calling the staff on the phone but nobody answered. Apart from that, it is a nice hotel in a good location. When staff appeared they were very kind, but told us nothing when we checked out and let them know about the Aircon. Place was clean, room was pretty small, as was the bathroom.

The staff was excellent, and the room was nice. But the air conditioning did not work. They came up to inspect it and agreed there was something wrong. We were there during a heat wave, and it unfortunately was way too hot. The staff did bring us a fan, which helped some. We were only there one night so we decided to stay. We lounged around the lobby for a long time, since it was air conditioned and comfortable. Then went to the room and cleaned up. We left for the airport at 5 am, so we were only in the room a few hours. Overall the staff were top notch and very helpful. The A/C was not the staffs' fault.

Hebat I loved my stay!! I felt super safe and cozy and it’s super well located. On a super busy street but rooms are very quiet and the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. The only thing was that they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in the shower but wasn’t a big deal for me. Absolutely would recommend to everyone and would love to stay here again!

Lovely hotel!staff especially anna on reception!excellent customer skills!breakfast was gd also!location great for gare Montparnasse!gd restaurants in area also!highly recommended
