Breakfast: wide selection but low quality items. Rooms: clean enough but ceiling has animals or insects living there. Receptionist tries to convince you to cancel reservation made by a platform and pay cash for a small discount but rules not clear.

The location was great. The price was good value. The breakfast could have more varieties of proteins. We were in room 103 and it was fantastic! The pool was great. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was very helpful and friendly and Maya (the hotel mascot) was cute as a button!

One of the best views you can have in Goreme, very friendly staff and very clean as well, if I am to return again, i will pick my stay in here again

Stayed here recently and had a great overall experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, it made getting around easy and added a lot of value to the trip. Overall, this hotel delivers a solid experience with strong service and comfort. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful view, jacuzzi worked perfectly. Room was beautiful and clean and picturesque. Perfect view of balloons in front and over our hotel. Would stay here again! Mehmet was wonderful in getting our belongings that we left on shuttle and we got everything back. And shuttle driver drove back same day to deliver our stuff back to us. Amazing service all around. Will come back to this hotel if we come back to Kapadokya.

Beautiful hotel, nice views and great location. The physical hotel was great but breakfast offering is not as good as other hotels we've stayed in. They also have a very cute dog running around the hotel. Our experience with one staff was quite unhelpful and he is truly not meant for customer service. Seems unbothered to help find good prices for activities and also almost missed our shuttle to airport due to the staff mistakenly trying to charge us extra fees which were not applicable. The staff was also unapologetic even though they were proven wrong and just had us run as the shuttle was already waiting for us to leave.
