I booked a family room when I arrive the staff told me they offer my family room to someone ous and provided me with single room with single bed and it’s not worth what we paying for. we wasted our gas money and time coming back into a long trip and it’s frustrating we have to try to find a booking from someone our. It’s Saturday so all the hotel are book and we cousnr find any room since evry hotel are book. It’s the worst service I ever experienced on top of that the front deer wasn’t able to help us with anything to solve our problem. I don’t recommend anyone to go there especially if that how they treat their customer.

Excellent stay! Very friendly staff and they went way beyond accommodating to make sure we were looked after! Breakfast and lunch available at coffee bar. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind.

Centrally located. Noisy at times, but within walking distance of several cafes, 7-11 store, big night market. Rooms were OK and kept very clean. Air con, TV, wifi. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. An excellent value. We would come back to this hotel.

Lovely art decor, pristine common areas and outdoor garden, helpful staff, good WiFi, ew breakfast menu- great location.

The J2 was charming and clean. Breakfast was lacking and repetitive.
