Overall the room is nice and has everything you need, we were very grateful for the washing machine and detergent provided. It was nice after traveling around for a couple weeks to finally be able to cook for ourselves. However I would not book this property if you have any mobility issues. The steep steps up to the 5th floor were a challenge and our room had a bunk bed. So if you have troubles with mobility it would not be suitable.

The property manager was understanding with my mistake and was not confrontational. Please note that if your room is on the 5th floor, the stairs are narrow. Therefore, heavy and big luggage are not recommended. The place gave a Japanese Home Vibe.

Great place to stay. Close to main train station. Comfortable, clean, has a washer for your clothes. Only bad thing is, once you get the key out of the box, don’t put it back there until you check out because it doesn’t stay locked.

I likes the overall location of the property being really close to the main station in the area as well as the overall cleanliness of the property itself

It had all the basic amenities that I needed and it was very clean. Just right opposite the Nagasaki Station with Japan's brilliant convenient stores around, and very easy access to tourist spots, with some that are just minutes of walk away. All the major tram stations are also around. I had a great time in Nagasaki!

easy self check in with email instructions, very close to JR station with one foot bridge distance . Apartment provide everything you need for short stay , will recommend to all travellers

沒有電梯要扛20幾公斤的行李箱上下五層樓公寓，民宿規定在入住前一天才會發送自助check in的密碼郵件，在日本旅途中沒有注意未收到，Expedia或是民宿也不會再提醒客人入住，也沒有辦法聯絡上只會講日文的老闆娘好好表達遇到的問題，導致在接近零度的半夜請對面飯店櫃檯特別幫忙，請民宿主人過來開啟房門才順利入住。希望能提前一週發送密碼郵件，或是有其他的方式讓會講中英韓文的翻譯機幫忙。除此之外設施很乾淨，廚房/洗衣機都有，較適合long stay的家庭需求。

Short walk from Nagasaki station and now with the AMU mall open is very convenient for main tourist activities like shopping eating and sightseeing.
