Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is a nice-looking resort. The pool and SPA are clean and quiet. Most staff are friendly and willing to help out when needed. The only downside was one staff member who seemed quite abrupt and unfriendly, so I couldn’t give full marks. It’s a decent relaxing spot overall, worth considering for a stay.

Staff were fantastic. Fireplaces around the property were a great use on a cold night. Breakfast was 10/10. Our terrace room was a bit tired but overall very clean.

Beautiful location and great room. Pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast excellent. Just a really pleasant spontaneous getaway.

The rooms are in need of an upgrade. Our wardrobe could not be opened without slamming into the room door which is obviously not ideal it was also very dusty on the shelving in there. There was dust and scuffs around the walls and weirdly only a single bedside lamp in our room. The rooms could benefit from some fresh paint and a dust. The bathroom was beautiful but one of the hooks wasnt even attached to the wall so it fell off when a towel was hung on it. Also, we found it strange that you aren't given any map or guidance about where to find things around the property at check in like the indoor pool which we ended up finding by accident. These are all little things but in a 5 star property they shouldn't be an issue.

Lancemore at Red Hill is a lovely property with plenty of areas to explore & enjoy, including a Cellar Door & 2 hatted restaurant, the ‘Dining Room’. The rooms were very comfortable, clean & spacious. However we were really disappointed that not all of the hotel facilities were available during our stay. The Dining Room is only open on certain days for lunch &/or dinner so be careful when booking as the hotel does not take responsibility for customers not knowing these limitations. At night, lovely areas to sit but no service was offered during our stay if you wanted an after dinner drink or a coffee or anything. After a day out exploring we then had to drive to other places to enjoy a meal.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. Great place to stay!
