Beautiful old building and lovely grounds. However .. no air conditioning and we now know that all classic rooms overlook the car park and main road which meant with the windows open it was too noisy to sleep. Apparently they do have a few portable air conditioning machines that can be reserved in advance - good luck with that! If you are staying in hot weather be prepared to pay significantly more for upgraded rooms/ suites and check the room amenities carefully.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff. I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens! Thank you, Dylan and team. What a great stay.

Feels a little dated. The restaurant was very slow to deliver the food. Overpriced generally. Very nice garden.

This was our 4th stay and it was just as wonderful as our first. Wonderful people, gorgeous surroundings and fabulous food. Thank you for a truely dreamy experience.

The hotel has a very well regarded restaurant but if you are planning a last minute stay at the hotel you will not be able to dine in the hotel the hotel will offer you sandwiches in your room we checked in at 3pm we was not told this at the time when we called reception at 18:30 we was told they had no availability in any restaurants on site and offered us to choose from in room dining I would advise the hotel to explain this at time of booking or as you are checking in take a dinner reservation at this time or keep a couple of tables in the restaurant for guests

Amazing! Very pretty- fabulous food!

Bath Priory is situated on beautiful grounds and gardens, loved the greenery and flowers. Our suite was very nice, two large rooms and a full bathroom. On arrival our room was not ready and we were brought to the bar for a complementary drink. We waited 45 minutes for a bar/restaurant member to even acknowledge us although the walked by us almost every minute. Not even a greeting. This level of service was common for the restaurant. At breakfast one day my wife’s meal was served 20 minutes before mine arrived. I could not get coffee one day nor could I get a refill another day. I’m not sure I’ve experienced a restaurant with as poor a service level. It is too bad for a facility with so many things going for it.

Beautiful garden , great staffs , formal dinner is delicious . Everything is perfect , we LOVE Bath Priory. 10/10 recommended!
