Great location right in the heart of the area of Gyeongju near all of the tomb complexes and shopping streets in old city. Breakfast every morning was tasty and the coffee was made fresh. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in drawing on a map for us to explain transportation options and favorite dining locations.

Amazing location and thoughtful amenities such as water, facial mask, heating eye mask, shower towel made our stay comfortable. Freshly cooked egg and ham was good. Hope to return in future

Very cozy Hanok rooms so close to Hwangridan-Gil! Owner is very friendly and offers a tasty breakfast in the morning. Def recommend if you don’t need a big room for your stay.

Loved this place! A bit of a walk from the bus terminal but easy to find. Super close to the main tourist street but also very secluded and quiet. The room was perfect for a solo travel. Bed was very comfortable. Amenities include K-beauty face and eye masks! Bathroom is a typical Korean style bathroom (no tub and floor drainage) but slippers are provided. There were other rooms with tenants but a strict sound policy so it is really quiet. The host prepares a simple breakfast with really good coffee. The name of the place translates to “pleasure cozy house”, and it is a perfect description of the place. Would definitely recommend if staying in Gyeongju.

Great stay! Host was very kind and made a delicious breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful. Beautiful accommodation to stay in!

Very attentive service! The property is a one-man operation by the owner who always goes way beyond. Friendly, always asking if we need anything, made a great breakfast! Felt very comfortable and welcome here
