The place was ok for a quick stop over after a late flight. The room was pretty dated and I was disappointed in the dinner and breakfast - both were bland buffets w a mix of Indonesian and western dishes. Probably better just to venture to a warung nearby (tho right off a busy byway so didn’t feel very walkable). Airport pickup was convenient.

Convenient. Good place to stay for early morning flight. Shuttle leaves only once an hr but the timing was perfect for us.

Slow check in , slow WiFi, slow waitress at dinner, and the TV turned on 2x! In the night, waking me up. Never stay there again.

We were given smoking rooms even though we requested a non-smoking rooms. We were advised that we needed to reserve a non smoking rooms as requests won't necessarily be provided. Problem was, there was no such options from Hotel.com. We ended up had to pay an extra rp. 150,000/room to get two non smoking rooms. Unfortunately the other room stayed as smoking room due to availability. The staff said they will spray some air freshener which unfortunately did not help with the smell. We were very disappointed with this experience. The walls are also thin as you can hear people from the corridor talking very loudly. Our upgraded rooms were spacious and clean. The smoking room was much smaller in size. However towels were a bit worn out.
