  • The park is open year-round (except in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or special announcements).
  • The park's calendar for holidays and festivals is based on the "Government Administrative Office Calendar" announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan.
  • The last admission (ticket sales) time each day is 1.5 hours before closing. Operating hours are subject to change and will be announced on-site.

  • During performances, guests in the seating area are requested not to stand, take photos, or film. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • During the Lunar New Year and summer vacation, if there are adjustments to the opening hours, they will be announced on the Window on China Theme Park official website.
  • In the event of inclement weather or other factors that cause the opening or closing time to be earlier or later, an announcement will be made daily on-site at Window on China Theme Park. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • All ticket types are valid for the day of purchase only. Advance tickets (pre-sale tickets) must be used within the validity period. Expired tickets can be used by paying the difference based on the on-site ticket price. All of the above ticket types, except for merchandise, dining, and coin-operated amusement facilities, are all-inclusive. Once a ticket has been used, it is non-refundable.
  • The park has a parking lot, and a parking lot cleaning and maintenance fee will be charged (car/bus/tour bus). Please carry your valuables with you. The park is not responsible for the safekeeping of vehicles and belongings.
  • To protect the rights of visitors, pets are not allowed in the park, with the exception of qualified guide dogs, hearing dogs, and physical assistance dogs as stipulated by the Protection of Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities Act.
