Ibu bapa mesti menanggung risiko dan tanggungjawab untuk sebarang kemalangan. Sekiranya berlaku sebarang kehilangan atau kecederaan akibat pertandingan, ibu bapa tidak berhak menuntut atau mendapatkan pampasan daripada Persatuan Sukan FunKids atau individu berkaitan.
  • Persatuan Sukan FunKids berhak untuk membuat tafsiran dan keputusan muktamad berkenaan pertandingan.
  • Setelah pendaftaran disahkan, tiada bayaran balik atau penangguhan yuran pendaftaran akan diberikan. Semua bayaran yang dikutip akan digunakan untuk perbelanjaan pentadbiran persatuan.
