Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice, please contact the hotel staff immediately after booking. Appropriate information with full company data and NIP number can be entered in the box on special requests in the booking form or passed directly to the staff. In order to verify the validity of the credit card and keep the reservation, the property temporarily holds a certain amount on the card prior to arrival. This action checks the card and the pre-authorized amount is released when paying for the reservation.
