First, I have to say the views are fantastic. It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff was overwhelmingly helpful, we never did use the spa. We took advantage of the free breakfast every morning and it was absolutely fantastic and restaurants are close by in the area and were absolutely wonderful. Not a bad meal ever. Just a quick warning there’s a lot of steps up and down so you better be in pretty good shape. The hotel offered plenty of help with luggage up and down just provide them a small gratuity.

We absolutely loved our stay even for our short visit! We would definitely stay here again!

On The Rocks Hotel has absolutely reached my expectations

The staff made this an experience, not just a stay. Everyone we connected with over the five nights went out of their way to serve from the welcome drink at check-in to our daily chats with reception. Our superior room with Caldera view, outdoor space and daybed lounge area was amazing.The full breakfast delivered to our room was very good. We did not use the pool but it was beautifully tucked into the hillside. The sunset view was incredible. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They are doing a great job.

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
