You are locked in here as it is after the security checkpoint. Room is super small. Airport staff is useless and they will kick you around like a ball WITHOUT helping you. In general, South Korea does not seem to welcome foreigners to travel there.

This transit hotel is in departures and if you do NOT have a thru checkin then you will be in soup. I ended up at the airport midnight and at 1am got the boarding pass from a kiosk for a 4:50pm flight but couldn’t drop my checkin bag as the counters were closed. So it was a hassle to go thru security and throw away some stuff and finally made it. But once you are there you will enjoy. You can’t get out of course. But staff were amazing and flexible and give you 24 hrs checkout time. Clean place. Would definitely do it again if I have a thru checkin or if I don’t have checkin bags with me.

Everything is excellent except we had to walk from one terminal to another terminal. But staff is very helpful!!! Transferring to another terminal needs staff assistance that could be time consuming because only time available is in the evening.

그저 그래요 We didn't get to use our room. It was an honest mistake booking that the hotel was airside. We had bags to collect and were not able to go back through security because we didn't have our next boarding passes for our next flight.
We asked for a refund so we could book another hotel but due to policy, we were unable to get a refund and no options were given to us that night so we had to book a hotel last minute outside the airport. Then, next day they gave us the option to book their sister property Darakhyu, outside security, for them to be able to give us a full refund. It was already too late and we were tired.
