Awesome stay, nice location and spacious room

We had a very good stay at this Holiday Inn and would gladly stay here again. Despite the hotel being highly occupied, it was surprisingly quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was a slight odor consistent with tobacco smoke, but it wasn’t overwhelming. The shower’s water pressure was on the weak side, which was the only notable issue with the room. The indoor pool was exceptionally well maintained and very clean. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—less than half a mile from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Yellowstone.

Front desk staff were either untrained or uninterested. One gal never looked up from her phone until questioned twice. This happened several times. Only exception was one fellow in early evening who actually gave the impression he was happy we were there. Restaurant is buffet only for breakfast. Didn’t want to spend $20 for a bagel and coffee so can’t rate the food. Manager there was top notch friendly. Parking lot is in need of refinishing so watch your step. Beds were comfortable. Location excellent for West Entrance to Yellowstone. Very walkable site for local restaurants.

nice hotel but little expensive. Location is very convenient to Yellowstone West entrance. Breakfast was good but not covered in hotel charges. It is additional. Also, hotel charged 15$/night as additional resort fee - cookies, ice-cream, coffee, and a game room was reason this additional charge. I doubt every person use these amenities, so this is kind of unnecessary hidden charges that Las Vegas resorts have been doing it for a few years.
