The hotel is located in a convenient location just a minute walk from Iatiklal Street, can get loud at night due to pub nearby but not always. The staff are helpful, breakfast is average but charging 5 euros for freshly squeezed orange juice is ridiculous. I'd happily pay around 109 lira for it if I had to. I'd be mindful if booking excursions, the driver's don't always drop you off outside the hotel and there are other issues. The transport will be a local mini van which will be overcrowded, you stop at tourist trap shops along the way and are often charged for drinks with meals which sells at over inflatee prices. Some of the restaurants they you have lunch at don't have ethe friendliest of staff.

Wonderful hotel in a great location located right next to great restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was safe, the staff friendly, and the room was great for a weekend stay. I would stay here again.

Overall this is an average hotel. Certainly not 4 star level. The rooms were ok. The bedding was not the most comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good overall. The simit, croissants, and the poğaça were stale. The building is just an older one because of the location, which is probably what limits this hotel. The staff that work the buffet could certainly be more friendly.

We stayed in mukarnas pera hotel for 6 night it just took 2 min to check in and they help us to go to room Room was clean as we want Next day we went for breakfast the staff welcome us very hot and everything that we know about Turkish breakfast was there thank you Hotel is very close to Galata kole İstiklal jadasi and Taksim meydanı that there is metro station you can go every where we enjoyed and loved so much THANK YOU

We were able to check in prior to check in time. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was big. A daily bottle of water free of charge was provided. Breakfast staff and food were excellent. As the hotel is centrally located in the Taksim area, it is very walkable. Close to everything.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel was very clean. Location was excellent 10 minutes from Galata tower and great for eating out and shopping

My stay in Mukarnas Pera Hotel was amazing as always. That is why we are regular guests of this special hotel and we enjoyed a surprising upgrade. So thank you once again for the impeccable cleanliness, for the perfect services and care and for the comfort that we always love so much. All the staff was kind and attentive.

Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly,our cleaner did amazing job,our room was always spotless. A little bit noisy,we could not really sleep, because we can hear everything what happened in the street

I love this hotel . The last time I was in Istanbul, I stayed at Mukarnas Taksim which I had a pleasant stay. So I tried this one and has exceeded my expectations. It is really close to everything and had good amenities. The staff at the dinning area are very helpful, accommodating, always smiling and willing to help. The guys at the reception were also the same. They were always helpful and answered all my inquiries. I spent 4 days there and it was all worth it! I will definitely stay there again.. if I can give 10 stars, I will.
