Everything was good except the reservations to the restaurants, they have a window from 10am-2pm I went at 11am, thinking I was going to be able to make reservations at least at one of the 4 different restaurants, to my surprise there was no reservations left.

그저 그래요 Overpriced and not a 4 star. All smoke and mirrors. Food is horrible , not enough variety. Not well stocked bar, watered down drinks, pool side bathrooms very dirty not kept up through out the day. Didn’t enjoy the raccoons running through the restaurant at night or jumping on my beach lounger along with the giant iguanas that would climb up on chairs, and take a swim in the pool . Our oceanfront room had a plastic table and chair , yes 1 chair inside . Bathroom shower stall leaked under the glass into the room. Shall I go on?

Resort is a bit rundown. The floor of our room was very dirty, we had to wash a large sticky area ourselves. We paid for an ocean view upgrade but barely had a view, and our room was above the kitchen so we always had the greasy cooking smell

This resort is fabulous. The staff and top notch and so friendly and helpful. The resort is clean and well maintained. Food is great with quite a bit of variety. Definitely recommend.
