We enjoyed all the stay, air conditioning is good and the apartment very clean. 4 starts only because the apartment doesn’t like the images posted. Anyway, we strong recommend the place.

Friendly staff, great area for walking and great restaurants close by

★★★☆☆ The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but several issues made this a disappointing stay. The biggest problem started before arrival. I booked through Expedia because the property was listed as pet-friendly. After booking and paying the pet fee, I was informed that my selected unit was actually not pet-friendly and was reassigned to a different room. I had originally booked one of their higher-end units with city views but was moved to a basement-level unit instead. When I asked whether the replacement was equivalent or if there would be any price adjustment, my question was ignored. No compensation was offered despite the significant downgrade. We also arrived to find the shower drain badly clogged. Water pooled almost immediately and began spilling into the bathroom. To their credit, maintenance responded quickly and fixed the issue. The AC was another frustration. The thermostat appeared to do very little, and guests seemed to have little control over the room temperature. After several days, the unit became noticeably warmer, and one night we woke up because it was uncomfortably hot. The issue improved only after contacting management. Finally, I requested a late checkout, even for an additional fee, and was told it was impossible because staff were not always on-site. This was surprising given that we regularly saw staff and cleaning crews throughout the day during our stay. Overall, the apartment was fine and I would consider staying

Fully equipped place. Very clean.

We found the apartment lacking large windows and very little natural light coming in since we were in apartment-1. The kitchen was very tight with the bar stools in front of the appliances. The kitchen was well stocked which we liked. The apartment was very clean. There was lots of noise coming from the pipes. This did not cause problem sleeping because the bed was really comfortable. The shower was excllent and felt good after a busy day. Since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment it was an okay place. Maybe if we were staying on a higher floor The problems wouldn’t exist.

It’s noisy here. The streets are full of life and sometimes the other people in the property are too and you can hear them very clearly. The basement apartment is quiet until the people above start walking around and showering. Earplugs are provided.

Lovely place to stay. Flemenco theater less than a walk away. There was a strange septic smell. We had to open the windows.

I booked this property for 2 nights and overall i had a good experience. The sheets and towels were clean as well as the bathroom and kitchen.
