Nice location and pretty view. They are very responsive over expedia. I arranged for transfer from the airport which never arrived, the transfer service the. Texted me an hour after I had landed asking me why I wasn’t there although I communicated clearly the time of the flight. Accidents happen and it was no big deal, I got in after business hours so I did self check in which was easy! However the next day the receptionist was very upset I didn’t receive my transfer, I could tell she felt it reflected badly on their end when I believe the mistake was of the transfer service not of the hotel’s accommodations. Overall the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure to make our stay memorable. I would say for the price to consider the Grand View hotel. It’s a further location but the views are absolutely incredible and the pool is amazing.

Hot tub was the highlight and location of property with great sunrise and sea views. Close to everything but also very quiet, private and secluded. A real gem of a location and had lots of local amenities just a few minutes walk away. If you literally crossed the road you had full Island views and that of the Caldera absolutely stunning!
Staff were excellent and very attentive. Great communication from the reception/management team from booking, arrival, during stay and on departure. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and maintenance guy was always on hand and did daily hot tub checks as did the cleaning staff. Bathroom in our suite could do with a refurb but it was fully functionally always plenty of hot water and not an issue for us. We will definitely return. Thank you 👌

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, and had incredible views. I also loved that the rooms had plenty of counter space, floor space, and closet space to unpack our things. Jona was fabulous and took amazing care of us. They can arrange taxis for wherever you would like to go. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

Service was excellent, cleaning lady is wonderful, nice outdoor space overlooking the ocean and always greeted by whatever cat was on duty. Loved that it’s just a short walk to stores and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were fantastic. They set up a crib and brought us toys for our 18 month old.
The hot tub had some bugs in it but so does mine at home. Tons of parking too.

매우 훌륭해요 The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and accommodating. She let us leave out luggage in the office when we arrived early. She set up a rental car to be delivered to us at our day and time of choice. And she gave great advice on things in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Phaos Santorini Suites! It was my mom and I who stayed here. It had a gorgeous unobstructed view of the west side of the island where you can see the sunrise. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower superb and had great water pressure. The hotel was also in a quiet spot so away from the hustle and bustle, which we were grateful for. When we walked around in Oia, we noticed most of the hotels there were in the heart of it and offered no privacy to the guests lounging in their hot tub and decks while we felt lots of privacy and quiet with our own hot tub and deck at Phaos. We rented a car while here and were really appreciative of how easy it was to park at the hotel and get in and out with our car. Phaos was exceptional in providing a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. It’s also very close to the trail between Oia and Fira so easy access to all the shops and restaurants on that trail. Added bonus was its close proximity to Ilios Bakery, which I highly recommend guests take advantage of. They delivered food directly to our room for free and the service was fast. The food is also really good with reasonable prices. We had dinner there when we arrived and had two breakfasts delivered so we can eat with a view. I will certainly stay at Phaos again whenever I plan to return to Santorini!
