I have come to this form for the last 4 years. The facility is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff are excellent. Every time I visit the staff are friendlierthan the last time. I'll definitely visit the property again.

Clean, modern, it felt like a single apartment full of everything we needed. Big fridge, stove top, dish washer, 2 fireplaces in back yard& a grill! Beautiful, we will stay there again.

The staff were very efficient and attentative

The location is great, out of the city hustle and traffic. Hotel did not have any bar or restaurant options of its own but there are other food outlets around it, in walking distance.

We stayed the night for a family trip and chose this hotel bc it was near places we needed to stop at. So happy we did! This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Only improvement I would suggest is the parking situation and a jacuzzi amenity. Parking was a struggle when we arrived at night and I was looking forward yo soaking in a jacuzzi and there wasn’t one. Other than that, the pool was clean, the outdoor patio was peaceful, and I would definitely go back because the mattress was marvelous.

I don't usually write reviews, but our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Chatsworth was so great that I had to! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast cooks each morning were the sweetest. They made us feel welcome and even gave us recommendations for fun things to do in the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Seeing the TV welcome my family by name was such a nice touch. Traveling with kids, having a full kitchen and refrigerator was a huge bonus for storing snacks and making quick meals. Breakfast was also great, with different hot items each morning plus they always had pastries, bagels, English muffins, hard-boiled eggs, and cereals. The only downside was that our sofa bed was broken, so one of my kids had to sleep on the couch since changing rooms wasn't an option. Thankfully, the manager is following up to make things right, which I really appreciate. The location was perfect, about 30–40 minutes from Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Universal Studios. Walmart was nearby, and in the same shopping center/parking lot as the hotel were Starbucks, Jack in the Box, and a great Mexican restaurant. Parking could be a little tight, but free parking definitely made up for it. I've already told my family that whenever they visit the area, this is the hotel to book. Thank you again to the amazing breakfast team and other staff for making our stay so memorable!

Great stay

Our room was clean and always smelled fresh and deodorized. Excellent customer service at the front desk and breakfast staff, very personable. The kitchen in the room was a plus. This hotel did not disappoint!
