The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!

Nice big rooms. We loved our balcony that looked out over the river. It was very clean and had good lighting. The shower was great, too. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff were super friendly and helpful with our requests. Even though there was construction going on around the property, it was very clean and well maintained. The daily breakfast offerings were very good and there was a good variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our yearly visit to Pigeon Forge with Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for 2027!

My husband really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Our room was clean and the refrigerator was already cold when we arrived. Loved having a balcony facing the stream. This was my third stay at this location, enjoyed it each time .
