The service is excellent, very friendly, the young man from there is a very comfortable pool.
Only when we left, we looked at a mouse coming out and hiding in one of the wooden frames, the mouse was super small, who could face to enter the doors of the rooms.

Location is the the biggest plus for this property. Colonial architecture was delightful, staff was semi supportive but very stringent with the rules. Kitchen personnel was the most supportive. If you want to visit the center of Merida, this property has great walk ability factor. However, be aware that you may encounter some bugs throughout your stay. 1 or 2 nights max stay is ideal, anything more requires patience and resilience.

Don’t get me wrong, this hotel is pretty basic. What I loved about it was the location, the building itself, the pool go for a dip after a hot day of walking and most of all, the staff. Isabel at the front desk was wonderful. My compliments to Armando as well for his kindness. Housekeeping, maintenance, the breakfast chef… all the staff was very kind. Thanks for 2 great stays!

Hotel Ho is a very pretty hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The pool was a super addition to my 3 night stay. Also, being able to have breakfast there at the hotel in the courtyard especially if you are headed out on an early excursion. Armando really stood out to me as a very pleasant, dedicated employee. Thanks for the great stay!

The girl that checked us in English speaking was wonderful on the Friday afternoon , the girl on desk Saturday morning was very rude and lacking people skills, I would never stay there again , the bed was extremely hard like sleeping on a bed of cement, was not a pleasant experience at all, as far as I’m concerned there was just the one girl that was great the rest need to go to classes on how to treat people
