Amazing hotel

Excellent service from very polite staff. The best Japanese breakfast served among all onsen ryokans I stayed at so far. Omakase dinner was a delicate dining experience - delicious food plates beautifully. Hotel is located right on the street where the Gion Summer festival was held when we were there. So, we had a great time enjoying all the festivities.

I was so impressed with the gracious and generous hospitality from all of the wonderful staff I encountered during my stay. The location, room, and restaurant were all to a high standard. If you plan to stay in Narita I highly recommend.

It is really clean and location is nice. What I didn’t like is that their dining menu is so limited, English really bad even if you use the Google language they appear do not understand. But the staff are kind and appear courteous.

Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable providing a great night’s rest. The staff was so kind and welcoming and the hotel was very clean. The town is very quiet in the evenings and felt quite mystical.
