Very good location with numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity and the famous Musee de Louvre only 200 metres away

We paid for an upgrade and stayed in the two suits on the sixth floor.
The one we stayed as parents was arguably the best room in the hotel. Fully modern with a bath tub and spacious with a sitting area and balconies.
I would stay here anytime. The wardrobe was great feature and so was the coffee machine. The staff is super helpful.

Excellent place to be for three nights in Paris. Helpful staff. Very clean except where there was construction on our floor, but glad they maintain it so well.

Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris.

We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river.
The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person.
All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy.

Room was ready until almost 4:00pm
The AC did not work the first day and instead moving us to another room, they providsd two fans
The lobby needs maintenance snd upgrading
The room was clean and updated
The hotel location is fantastic
The Staff was always cordial and trying their best
Front desk gentlemen was very helpful
