Absolutely a hidden Gem! The amenities and staff along with the decor is fabulous. Just minutes walk in all directions to shops, cathedral, and restaurants. The restaurant located inside the hotel is very good as well so you can just stay in and relax.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming - nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: right in the heart of Palma, with everything close by, yet tucked away from the main streets, making it a real haven of tranquillity. The small rooftop plunge pool was a lovely retreat and ideal for spending a hot afternoon. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped - the inclusion of GHD straighteners was a real treat and a first for me! Overall, a perfect hotel in the heart of Palma with exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

The Summum Boutique Hotel is in an very convenient and excellent location. The room is clean, elegant and cosy. The staff in this hotel are very friendly. The services provided are outstanding. We are pleased with our stay with this hotel during the Christmas period.
