Good connection to the airport, close to the city center, friendly staff.

Clean room, helpful friendly staff. In room hot water pot and tea. However I am a coffee drinker and unable to get coffee early morning to head to nearby train station to airport. Also would have liked small fridge - luckily no meds where I need it. Appreciated there effort to be green. Walkable (about a mile) to many sites in Vienna.

AC was nice to have, convenient location within walking distance of everything

A comfortable and well-kept hotel about a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and around 30 minutes from the city centre. The staff were helpful, and both the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Luggage storage is also available, which is convenient. One thing to note is that the shower is located in the room with only a privacy curtain—fine for couples, but it may be less suitable if you’re not traveling together.

Extremely basic room like motel in US. No closet - all clothes need to hang on the wall. No fridge, no safe, no iron, of course no slipper. The bed is basic and sheet feels really basic. The hotel staff provide extreme minimal service. The breakfast is okay but not great. No much around the hotel and walk to train station is farther than ideal. We stayed here for 4 nights and we won't come back.

Nice staff, easy check in and out process. Good options for breakfast. Quiet neighborhood but city center is easily accessible by public transport. Will recommend to others

The hotel is in an excellent location The people are super friendly, breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, I recommend it, another thing is super quiet

A very nice hotel. Homely feeling. The breakfast is excellent and nothing was missing except some vegetables. We took a room with two separate beds that was spacious and cozy with lots of hangers for clothes and coats. The bathroom was very clean and with strong and good water heads.
