Its like an apartment style room so you got everything from kitchen to laundry room and a vacuum, but not a clothe iron. My room have 4 twin beds so if you are a family, this would be nice to stay. Close to a lot of convenience stores and supermarket cross street. Only minus is location next to a cemetery so the view is kinda... and not really near train station, good if you plan to go by bus more.

We had a great stay at Minn Umeda. Place is clean and walking distance to markets, pubs, restaurants and bus station. Nice size room with closest, washing machine and toilet is by itself so you don’t have to wait for the person to finish to use the restroom area. Will stay at this place again.

The room was clean, pretty nice amount of space, great little washing machine and a washroom with an air dry setting for clothes. There are two large trash bins (for recycling and trash), and I do think if we had filled them we were able to request a pickup if needed, additional clean towels were also available, but only on request. Room with beds has a small table/folding chair set for use but it is a bit tight so we did not use (triple single beds). Reasonable amount of storage (closets) counter space is minimal in bathroom, a little shelf would be nice in sink area. My major complaint was that we requested some extra pillows and told it was not possible to have, the beds are pretty firm and the pillows a bit flat, they do give you one pillow for bed plus a very firm throw pillow so this was disappointment. Additionally there was exactly one of everything for each person in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a couple extra utensils/bowls. A hand towel for kitchen and some salt/pepper/basic cooking oil would have been nice as well, there was dish soap and sponge and good cooking appliances. There was one cleaning done during our stay of 8 nights. Location was around 13 min from major transit hubs which was nice. There is great supermarket nearby (5 min), plenty of drink machines and some convenience stores (2-7 min). Area is quiet and clean. The pin to enter room is a little long, room keys would be nice, but the pin pad does the job. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Convince was good. abot 15 min to the subway.

There are basic, but not towel or drying rack after we cleaned the cups.

Pros: The place is very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet, sink and shower is a definite plus. Cons: Check in process is terrible. They don't allow check ins until 3p. It is understandable, however, there is only 2 chairs in that tiny lobby for customers to wait. There were 3 other customers that were there already waiting when we arrIved. They said they've been waiting for 3 hrs to check in. They were nice enough to give their seats to us. I don't get why Minn Umeda will not put more seats for their customers awaiting to check in.

Very good location. Close to central business area but quiet. Tiny units, a bit claustrophobic. But ok if ur not in room alot. All this tech is a bit of a pain in the ass. Don't try to check before assigned check in time. Not allowed. You will not be able to store luggage before or after stay. It's a bare bones place.
