Wow. Thats all I can say. It is gorgeous and high end. Such a short walk to all the sights. The service was amazing. I would stay here a million times over.

매우 훌륭해요 A truly luxurious experience that is wonderfully hidden from the main part of town, but literally just a tiny (100m) walk to get into the center of it all. The service was top notch, and the entire experience is impossible to really summarize in a simple review =)

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were polite and helpful. The ferry service to and from Miyajima was convenient and the views around the property were beautiful.
However, the rooms felt quite dated and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable smell throughout the room and parts of the hotel, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. Given the price, I expected more modern accommodations and a fresher atmosphere.
Overall, the service and location were strong points, but the condition of the rooms and the odor were disappointing.

매우 훌륭해요 So worth the money!! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ryokan was beautifully maintained and very clean. I would recommend staying here.

It was very warm in the room, and we had to open the window at night to get to sleep. It's also not convenient to get to in the Island.
That being said, it was a good experience, I wished I could've had dinner there.

This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan. Sleeping in Miyajima, was the perfect reset. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Great rooms, spacious, clean and strategically located, I cannot recommend enough.
