If you care about cleanliness and being able to rest in peace in a quiet room, this property is not appropriate at all! There’s a bar/restaurant onsite which gets very crowded and noisy for the hotel guest, also a lot of events and activities going on which was very annoying and distrusting our rest. Housekeeping is not doing a good job, they left us a dirty room on day one, so we refused to have them back!!!

When we arrived we were told our room had been upgraded which we thought was great. Then it wasn't ready so they gave us two drink coupons for the bar. When we went to our room it was on the third floor but they didn't mention that we had to haul our luggage up the stairs to the final floor. We also were locked out of our room 45 minutes before check out and had to go find someone to let us in so we could finish packing.
That being said. The hotel is gorgeous. It sits on the park, has a great bar and easy to get around. The staff suggested a cute local coffee shop in walking distance which was just what we needed.

Hotel is going through renovations and currently only one lift works. Given we were on the third floor it was rather inconvenient to get around the hotel.
The staff were lovely and very helpful for checking in and out.
The rooms are ok. Nothing special so would not book a delux next time as it was not what we expected to get.
Other than that it was a lovely place and very ideal spot
PSA. They only clean rooms every 3 days if you remember to put out the door sign

This hotel is in a lovely location, overlooking a beautiful park. We liked it as it wasn’t in central Amsterdam so felt a bit quieter. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The staff were very helpful. There was a large wedding on the Saturday, but you could not hear it from the room which was great!
The room was lovely, clean and modern. The lounge area mezzanine was a particularly highlight.
