만족해요 Place has great location but fire alarm went off and we had to leave our rooms at night. Stayed on first floor by request and it was very noisy

My biggest complaint was the floor in the room was vinyl or laminate instead of carpet which meant I heard almost every footstep people in the room above me. The thermostat on the wall also didn’t work and the temp was set to 62 and it took about 20 minutes to figure out I had to adjust the temp on the wall AC unit itself instead of the thermostat. The dining room was nice besides the fact that they used styrofoam plates instead of actual plates. The food was good and a decent selection. All that being said I would still stay here again as it was close to the airport and port Miami.

The staff was extremely helpful, clean rooms, amenities were great, free coffee bar, great breakfast, convenient to airport and not far to cruise terminal. Would stay again.
